Ending 2008

Last few days I was thinking what I have been doing in 2008 and what are my plan for 2009...

Never thought on the 29th Dec 2008, 2 more days before ending 2008.... my house was ROB!!!!! damn you motherfxcker.... the house is in a mess.... several stuff lost... which I do not want to mentioned... this just adding to my stress to another level...

I just dont know what to say.. speechless and tired....

Huge KFC

There is a new KFC building is on construction nearby my mom place... it is not something I like but somehow it helps to brighten up the area and probably increase the land value and making that place more commercialize.

The building is located at Taman Sentosa Klang. It is actually a relocation from one building to another building...

HP to XP

Ever bought a new laptop that come with Vista to either doesn't come with any Operating system, well I bought one myself and I do have the intention to downgrade to XP in the future but problem is the hardware driver is hard to find......

I did some Google during the long holiday and found some side that provide information where to download the driver so here is to share with you

These drivers can be used with some other CQ40 models but you just got to try yourself.

Format machine

Working with Shell have thought me a simpler way reformat your machine in case any error occur. I wont write everything in details those information you can find on web so do some google.

Things that you need

A fresh machine install with Windows XP or Vista.
Install all the necessary driver and software that you need.

Then learn about sysprep from the net
Next download WAIK from Microsoft website. Once you install WAIK there is a file call imagex.exe Use imagex.exe to use to capture your Windows into a image file and you can use Imagex.exe to make into a ISO file to be burn into DVD.

With this custom image you dont have to reinstall all the drivers and software the next time you format your machine.

Honda City 2009

Is Saturday again.. which means I don't have to go to work... Well I got an invitation to test drive the new 2009 Honda City from a Honda dealer. So I decide to go today at a branch at Klang town nearby Jusco. The crowd wasn't that great.. it was OK..

Well they have 2 display car, one is S spec and another is E spec. E spec being having more juicy stuff, it got all the center attention compare to the S spec which I know why.. you will too when you see the picture I be posting.

Let start with the dull S spec...


This is the S spec. Looks futuristic and like Transformer. I got confuse with the Alphabet that they use for differentiate the spec. I thought S spec should be better than compare to E.. well...

This is the E spec with Modulo body kit. Looks damn good especially in black!

16" rim come default with E spec but this is not the design. This is the Modulo rim. You gotta top up another RM2400 for that which I think not work it as you can get a good pair of 17" deep dish which look better.

The rear view with the Modulo kit with finishing tailpipe. The car look fine without the kit as well but it always an extra but it gonna you RM4750 for it. I guess you can always go to any body kit custom shop to get it done , with that money you can even buy a set of rims as well.

Side mirror with signal indicator. Something common you can find on cars. Either you get it OEM or from Brothers tuner. kekeke

The all new 1.5 i-VTEC engine. Is the same engine for S and E spec. There is no 1.3 version available simply I guess the car will be underpowered. Well the engine look intake and solid build and there is still plenty of space in the engine bay. For people who like more horsie can opt for force induction which I believe there will be LPT kit release soon. Powertrain wise, they no longer offer CVT gearbox but a 5 speed auto transmission as it has been for most Honda model. The E spec comes with paddle shift. Not sure how much people will use it. I am still not sure what is the fuel consumption like but presume it should equivalent as there what the people want.

There are quite number of differences between E and S spec. You can check on Honda offical website. I can list the price for you.

Lost?

Hi.. it has been a while I didnt update any blog... due to I forgot the password and also I remember I once delete all the blog I had in Friendster.. not sure why but I think I written too much stuff which kinda too personal and will might affect my job so then I delete it...

Anyway it has been almost 2 months I have left Shell.... and so what is my thought of doing that.. well I am having a 50-50 feeling probably is due to the new environment that I am in now. I have started work in another company @ Continental... well the environment is so much different from Shell .. It is like heaven and earth.. They are not that organize compare to Shell. Everything seems to be very very slow.. and it is so slow that I am not doing anything for 2 months.. just collecting paycheck..

This is why I say I have 50-50 feelings. 50 because of the environment. It is so nice working at Shell back then. everyone work as a team but another 50 % asking me to leave due to some mgmt issue. Well that is done and is in the past. I appreciate or thank God that I knew someone great from Shell, someone that have help me then and still continue helping me still even I am no longer his staff. Thank you LKC


Well I got some advise , and I will work on it...gotta plan smart and not to take silly action. What will that be? Well you gotta wait till I blog again
