Step to apply for Sijil Kelakuan Baik / Letter of Good conduct / Police Clearance Letter
1) Go to http://www.kln.gov.my/web/guest/ekonsular
2) Register and login after you complete
3) Click on Application of Certificate of Good Conduct
4) Filled up all the details (prefer to use Mozilla as using IE you will face a problem upload photo)
5) Print it out the form together with AKUAN form (2 copies)
* Akuan form is a form to declare that you have not been into any criminal act.
6) Prepare 2 IC and Passport Photocopy
7) Goto nearest Commisioner of Oath to get the Akuan form, IC and Passport Certified (each chop is RM4)
8) Drive to Wisma Putra, Putrajaya where Ministry of Foreign Affairs is.
It is located at Precient 2. Once you are the main road where all the Government Office is, if you are facing heading to PICC, look for Lebuh Bestari and turn left at the trafiic light. Pass 4 traffic light, at the 4th traffic light turn left and you will a big sign stated Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Taman Wawasan. Go along the road and you will reach there.
9)Park you car, get security pass, walk to Wisma Putra 2. At ground floor talk to the counter and there rest is will come in order.
One trick is go after lunch as somehow it is faster.
Once you got the letter, you probably need to get it certified with the embassy of the country that you are going.

Send my car to 50K KM service.. and go for warranty claim.... as a car driver I somehow very sensitive to squeaking sound... :) I can detect even the slightest sound..
For the pass few week I have experiencing some sound on my car which I suspected is the suspension and wheel bearing.... so quickly send my car to service and seek to claim warranty..
Guess what.. my suspicion was right.. for the front, one of the bracket to hold the suspension is loosen, so they tighten it back which means nothing to claim, then the wheel bearing have some sound which is subject for warranty claim.
for the rear, the sound is due to the rubber stopper for the spring. It has worn out which is subject to claim.
Expected the claim parts to be arrived on tomorrow or Friday.. hopefully my car is free of squeaking noise...
There is also a humming noise when the car travel above 80 km/h and this is due to the tyre which I expected due to the stupid tyre that is on the car now.. I wanted to change since I got the car but it will be kind of waste as the tyre still got a lot of thread.. so just have to stick with it for a while...
