About 1KM from my house there is a new property development. It is a 3 storey bungalow. It has about 30 units of them.
The design of the house is spectacular.... is huge .. just the attic of bungalow is already 2000sqft.... then of course it come with a hefty price.. from RM 2.1 million....
That land area is well know for its price.. but I didn't expect it to be that much mainly the surrounding of that area isn't that great.. it is not like Setia Alam or Kota Kemuning or even came close to Bangsar... just normal housing area....
