It really cost a bomb to service such a compact car due to the design it is not easy to change the clutch and service the air cond cooling coil
Due to its design, to remove the clutch , the entire engine have to be dismantle and due to the engine have to dismantle, the brake oil, gear oil, air cond gas have to be drain out and due to that might as well service the air cond and the brake as well right? So I think for auto trans car should be cheaper as you only need to drain the fluid.
Next is to dismantle the cooling coil... hmmmmmm as mentioned due to the stupid designer.. by putting the cooling coil right in the middle of the dashboard... so gotta dismantle the dashboard... which cost a bomb for the labour and you feel your car is being rape, there is a possibility your car start to have noise... and it look something like this ....
There you go... bare naked... :P ... Well there is a trick to prevent this... but Perodua or any mechanic wont tell you this..... If you compare original JDM Japanese car like Passo, Estima, Vios they practically have the same design like the one Malaysia have but then there is catch, Japanese car they have an Air Cond filter attach to the air cond cabin but these air cond filter is remove here in Malaysia is due to $$$ if you have this filter you dont have to service the cooling coil by dismantle the dashboard and this way these mechanic or Service Center have less revenue...
Despite all these, there is an alternative hehe you can buy this filter and DIY yourself and it is only cost around RM 35 to RM 60. You may need to add RM 20 if you ask someone to install.

Since I already dismantle my dashboard and my car oredi hit 100K KM, so I will proceed to clean the entire dashboard and air cond system to squeeky clean and then install the air cond filter....
So ppl with new car, you can opt to install this now so that you can save some money when service your car air cond. AFAIK there are such filter for

it is all done.. the far feel more power due to the new clutch and carbon wash..
and the previous rattling sound that it had has gone.. i guess is due to they remove the lower arm and tighten it back..
air cond is cold but the air velocity is abit low due to the filter is installed
overall I am happy.. still havent test the new brake pad yet
