My company doesnt recognize Nurul Al Quran as public holiday. They say they already meet the labour law of Malaysia which is 15 days of compulsory holiday which means they are as long they are meeting the minimum requirement and doesnt break the law......
I know Malaysia Day 16th Septemeber is a new public holiday which my company do recognize that is because they are force to...
So I was thinking if the company is giving just enough to the staff how do they expect more from their staf???
Being at Malaysia you should recognize all Public Holiday!
