In about 4.5 months, I be having the finding house stress again as my current lease contract will expired. At first, I wanted to just renew it but plan has change as one of my housemate has plan to move out as his wife is coming over. Although I still can continue to rent this place and hopefully the other roommate continue to work at Qatar as well but this will increase our monthly cost to 2000 more.
It is still early to decide as there are many factors that are still not confirm
1) whether my housemate really moving out with his wife?
2) if the 2nd housemate still working in Qatar as I know his job are getting more stressful
3) or whether myself will leave right after I reach 3 years to obtain my ESB
4) how much is the price of the rent as based on current market most rental gone up by QR500
Honestly, I do prefer to continue to rent the same unit as everything have settled down. Like changing the utilities bill ownership, Internet and environment. :)
As for the spare room I probably going to rent out for anyone that have just resign and require a temporary space and do not want commitment of having a leasing contract.
