It is a bit hard for me to get used to it as unlike Japanese buffet in Malaysia, the goodies are presented nicely on the island table and we can take as much as we like (make sure finish) and only to special dishes are required to order such as baked scallop.
At Yew Hwa they do not have many selection on their buffet menu, mostly and sushi rolls and few options on sashimi. At first I thought this might be worth it but then it just so so and probably I wont go there for another buffet. Anyhow here are the pics of "most" of the food we order.
The only thing I like is all their rolls have a very thin layer of rice and a lot of stuffing like tuna fish and etc.
