That was that but I want to share what I did or plan my detox meal which is pretty strict.
Breakfast
Organic O Forest Liver Detox from BMS Organics
4 teaspoon and 2 teaspoon of lemon with 250ml of warm water. Morning and Evening on empty stomach |
and about 30 minutes later
1 scoop of Amway Plant Protein and 1 strip of Amway nutri bifidus and shake it up. |
Lunch
Can be anything as long there isn't any carbohydrate or oil in the food but you can take some raw olive oil in salad dressing. I normally take banana, oat + milo (some), 1 or 2 piece of brown bread or full grain bread. If you are still hungry take more banana.
Dinner
For dinner try to get something light especially when your dinner time is after 7. For me I will take fruit juice which is a combination of 6 apples, 2 carrot and 1 big lemon. This will able to give 2 full cup of juice and as usual if still hungry then take banana.
If you are into full detox you can do this for a week and after that you can resume your normal diet but still maintain some stuff such as the breakfast and eat light at dinner if you can. To put it simple, less oil (means no fried chicken all the time) and less carbohydrate.
You can also take Amway Double X as your daily and Omega 3 as your daily supplement.
Will try again tomorrow for my detox and hope I can continue this until weekend or at least 5 days
