Right after I post the previous blog, I login Maxis self service portal and found their live chat. Just to try it out if I could get hold of someone and I did. So I explain to the virtual agent that sit behind the desk as how I put it in the previous. And he or she ask me to hold and finally they say they going to waive the charges on my next month bill. So it is quick and I am happy with the solution.
I would highly recommend people like me that work at oversea to use MAXIS LIVE CHAT to resolve any issue they had or even can ask them to make any transaction like when you normally call 123.
Somehow people sit behind the desk are more customer centric? hmmmmm anyway lets wait if the waiver appear on my next bill.
