While I was in Malaysia not too along ago, I subscribe for 2 months 500MB mobile Internet. During that time I told the agent that I only be at Malaysia for two months and I do not want to continue when I leaving and the agent told is fine that I can cancel it anytime without further explanation.
So the day came and I cancel my subscription and the agent say OK without anymore further explanation on how the billing is going to be. Today I got my bill was surprise I was charged over RM300 for mobile Internet.
I try to figure out and I think I know why and it is because I stop the subscription before the monthly bill cycle end and they took average of the reading for the subscription and the remaining usage is charge per use. What I am pissed off is that this wasn't explained and the agent happily say it is OK to be cancel anytime. They could have explain it and I would not have cancel it until the very last day of my billing date.
